Today is a celebration of achievement for us here at ZOOM! One of our partners, LiveOps, received the prestigious TMC Labs 2011 Innovation Award today for their cloud-based Screen Recording solution.

This application, powered by ZOOM ScreenREC technology, was 18 months in the making working shoulder to shoulder with LiveOps resources.

Back in August 2011, one of ZOOM's blog posts noted the technical challenges that need to be addressed to provide a cloud-based screen capture solution in a hosted call center environment. For the award that LiveOps received today, we here at ZOOM take great pride in having provided the technology behind it.
