ZOOM International is focusing long term on development applications for Cisco IP Telephony. The Flagship product of this development is the CallREC application – solution that has passed IVT (Interoperability Verification Testing) for compatibility with Cisco CallManager.

ZOOM CallREC^® 4.2 is compatible with the Cisco CUCM 6.1 and UCCE 7.2.3.
