| The Czech Republic State has implemented CallREC into the High Court |

The Czech Republic’s State High Court has introduced ZOOM CallREC with in their courtroom facilities in Prague, Czech Republic, migrating away from traditional telephony technology to a fully functional IP telephony solution. ZOOM CallREC, the call recording solution was implemented to record telephone conversations and support the High Courts day to day working requirements. Kapsch, a leading Austrian system integration company who had previously won the tender for the Czech motorway billing system, was awarded the contract with Cisco , Alef Nula , Ateco and ZOOM International supplying the technology to support the IP telephony solution for the Czech Republic’s State High Court.
As part of the supplied IP telephony solution, ZOOM provided additional customised functionality that included the ability to have displayed on the Cisco IP phones, the ‘real time cost’ of the call, whilst individuals are actually making a phone call.
These enhanced features supplied by ZOOM and fully integrated into the Cisco IP telephony technology, were especially requested by the Czech Republic government to aid in bringing down the total cost of the High Court’s telephone bill.
