| Credit Solutions implements the ZOOM CallREC® contact centre suite |

Credit Solutions, an industry leader managing more than $1.73 billion of debt for their clients and its subsidiary Lending.com, a national online mortgage lender, has selected ZOOM CallREC® contact centre suite as their company standard for call recording and quality management needs, supporting their daily business requirements and to enhance the quality of their service supplied to their clients. ZOOM International in conjunction with their partner, Coleman Technologies has been awarded the contract to support in excess of 700 contact centre agents. The ZOOM CallREC® solution is deployed across 3 sites (2 in Dallas, 1 in Costa Rica) and fully meets Credit Solutions and Lending.com requirements for a reliable, robust and proven call recording and quality management solution. |
