| The Emergency Communication & Coordination Center of Lower Austria and ZOOM CallREC® |

The Emergency Communication & Coordination Center of Lower Austria (ECCCLA) has become the latest organization to install ZOOM Internationals IP telephony call recording solution, ZOOM CallREC® to support their contact centres requirements for a proven, robust voice recording technology. ZOOM International in co-operation with our main Austrian partner Sonorys and in corporation with Telecom Austria, implemented ZOOM CallREC® to support the ECCCLA that is jointly owned by the International Red Cross and the government of Lower Austria. The ECCCLA is currently operated by Notruf 144 who provides the critical emergency service line in throughout Austria.
The successful implementation of ZOOM CallREC® into the facilities of the ECCCLA, once again validates, the recognised high standards that the ZOOM CallREC® voice recording solution provides to mission critical environments and leading organisations in the world.
