ZOOM CallREC® implemented into M-Video Service

M-Video, one of the biggest retailers in Russia has successfully implemented the ZOOM CallREC® multimedia recording solution into their call centre. M-Video, well known for their high standard of customer services has implemented ZOOM CallREC® to ensure that this high standard of customer services provided throughout the company’s contact centre will remain at optimal performance.

The ZOOM CallREC® multimedia recording solution was implemented into M-Video as part of the Cisco IPCC Express solution that supports call centre environments.
