| Piraeus implements ZOOM CallREC® at their Belgrade contact centre |

Piraeus Bank, one of the most dynamic and active financial organisations in Southern Europe has chosen the ZOOM CallREC® IP call recording solution to support their requirements at their contact centre in Belgrade, Serbia. ZOOM International with the cooperation and effort of our Partner, Pexim Solution have been awarded the contract to initially support 20 contact centre agents through ZOOM CallREC® call recording solution and a further migration of an additional 30 positions in the future. This is the latest in a number of recent successes for ZOOM International in the financial marketplace, and comes on the back of contract awards for ZOOM CallREC® from financial institutions in the USA, Russia and South Africa. |
