ZOOM releases ZOOM CallREC® 4.3
ZOOM International is pleased to announce the latest release of their flagship product, ZOOM CallREC® 4.3 with new features and enhancements to support your business requirements for IP call recording within the unified communications marketplace.

New features for ZOOM CallREC® 4.3 include:

Codecs and other decoder improvements

  • Enables you to utilise codec type G.722 with enhanced quality and performance, in addition to codec types, G.729 and G.711
  • Includes processing of PLC (Packet Loss Concealment) and CNG (Comfort Noise Generation) VoIP features

Advanced player

  • Allows parallel playback of multiple recordings, including conference calls
  • Ability to arrange voice recordings. Each recording can be dragged & dropped within the playback timeline

Recording rules

  • New recording rules process external data in order to find and record specific agent skill groups, agent IDs, and so on

Scalable screen recording servers

  • CallREC 4.3’s new architecture allows you to simultaneously record unlimited screens. The new approach uses primary-secondary server scaling, load balancing, and advanced processing rules

Recording access filters

  • ZOOM now supports agent access levels based on advanced call filtering. Along with standard hierarchical user access privileges, call data can be used to determine which agents are given access to a recording
