ZOOM CallREC® is now Cisco Compatible with UC Manager 6.1 and UCCE 7.2.3

ZOOM International is pleased to announce that the ZOOM CallREC® voice recording solution has passed Cisco interoperability testing and is now Cisco compatible and certified with UC Manager 6.1 and UCCE 7.2.3.

ZOOM CallREC® for numerous years, has been Cisco compatible with Cisco UC Manager 4.1 and has a large installation base within Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise environments.

ZOOM CallREC® is implemented into call centre infrastructures where there is a strong requirement to record and document each any every call within these mission critical environments.
