ZOOM CallREC® Contact Center Suite took the honours for ‘Best Retail Application’ at this year’s CIPTUG Annual Conference 2007 at the Austin Convention Centre-Texas. The Cisco IP Telecommunications Users Group (CIPTUG) Annual Conference is the only event of the year that is strictly focused on Cisco Unified Communication products, with the competition open to CIPTUG members, non-member IPT vendors and CIPTUG end user customers to showcase the latest uses of IP technology and to drive innovative application development for Unified Communications.
