ZOOM Releases CallREC 4.4 |

ZOOM International is pleased to announce the latest release of our flagship product, CallREC version 4.4 with new features and enhancements to support your business requirements for IP Multimedia Recording, Quality Management, Speech Analytics, and Workforce Management within the unified communications marketplace.
New features for CallREC 4.4 include:
SPANless recording
- Eliminates the need for network administrators to configure and maintain SPAN ports on network switches –> time saved, easier to administer
- No changes needed to customer network architecture – >easy install and configuration with no need to reconfigure VLANs
- Allows for 100% call data capture and recording –> increased reliability
New Tools
Enhanced Media Lifecycle Management features including:
- Tools – support for configurable thresholds for disk space. Calls are stored and moved between internal disks/NAS/SAN based on lifecycle management settings
- Backup/Archive – business data based backup, decide which calls will be backed up/archived based on customer profiles, skill groups or other business related data
- Synchronization from recorders to the replay server
- Improved reporting and logs for trouble shooting
New Installer
- Greatly simplifies the install process for our partners
- Configuration is handled automatically, meaning faster and easier deployments
New Web Service API
- Easy to use and easy to integrate ZOOM ScoreCARD results in 3rd party applications
