| ZOOM is accepted into the Cisco Solution Incentive Program (SIP) |

ZOOM International is pleased to announce that they have been accepted and are now fully enrolled in the Cisco Solution Incentive Program (SIP), providing our network partners with additional value to support their business needs. Cisco has created the Cisco Solution Incentive Program (SIP) to make it as easy as possible for businesses and organizations to harness that power to meet their needs and solve their problems. The Solution Incentive Program, or SIP, offers financial incentives to Cisco channel partners who sell Cisco networking equipment packaged with an application as a solution to a specific business problem. Cisco designed the Solution Incentive Program to inspire channel partners to work with their ecosystem of application developers to supply exciting and highly effective business tools to Cisco customers. Instead of simply encouraging channel partners to sell equipment, Cisco wants them to sell their equipment packaged as a solution to meet a business problem, with the networking equipment supporting the capabilities of individual applications. Channel partners can either create the application on their own or in collaboration with a vendor from Cisco's ecosystem of software developers. The idea is to mate the unique intelligence of the Cisco IP-based converged network infrastructure with applications designed for the specific needs of a wide-range of businesses and organizations. Channel partners interested in enrolling in the program need to submit a business plan and other information about their organizations to demonstrate they have the resources and capabilities necessary for selling applications combined with networking gear. If approved for SIP, channel partners receive compensation that varies depending on the complexity of the networking application package they provide a customer. ZOOM’s enrolment into the Cisco Solution Incentive Program (SIP) strengthens their already long term relationship with Cisco and provides ZOOM’s existing Partner Network with even more financial incentives to implement the ZOOM CallREC® voice recording solution to support their client’s needs. |
