| ZOOM International at the Call Center World Business Forum 2008 |

ZOOM International attended the 7th International Business-forum, Call Center World, Russia/CIS – 2008, as a sponsor of the conference and an active participant in the show. Between March 18th -20th 2008, one of the most significant events in the Call-centers community calendar for Russia and CIS, the 7th annual International Business forum, Call Center World, Russia/CIS – 2008 has taken place in Moscow, significantly enhancing its geographic representation. Among the delegates and spokesmen, there were attendees, not only from the CIS countries, but also from across the width of Europe. During three full days, the forum was attended by representatives of the most market-active companies – corporative and outsourcing Call-centers, system integrators, hardware/software producers and consulting companies. Also during the forum, ZOOM International organized and held the master-class “Creating the quality management system for Call-center operators” with participation from Rusfinance (Русфинанс), RECO Garantija (РЕСО Гарантия) and the outsourcing Call-center company, Fortax. Spokesmen have reported about implemented quality management system in the bank segment, evaluation criteria in insurance companies and about quality management specifics in commercial Call-centers.
