| ZOOM International opens a regional office in Moscow |

The potential provided by ZOOM international’s move into Russia and the CIS region last year was immediately recognized by its future partners. The contact centre recording solution ZOOM CallREC attracted a great deal of interest amongst the key figures operating in the Russian/CIS Contact Centre IP telephony marketplace and with customers across the region. ZOOM International’s CEO Simon Vostry says “We see great potential in Russia and across the whole CIS region. The increase in contact centres and IP telephony here is astonishing! Immediately, we realized that our partners in Russia and the CIS region required a higher level of support from ZOOM. That is why we quickly decided to take the next step and supply additional resources to fully support the growth of this exciting market.” In September 2007, ZOOM International opened its regional office in Moscow. Partners will now be provided with direct assistance to support each stage of the work undertaken for each partner’s customer through ZOOM’s local presence. Working with customers indirectly, provides the maximum level of support available, from pre-sales through to each stage of implementation for partners. ZOOM International’s web site is now in Russian. Customers will have access to information regarding ZOOM’s call recording and quality monitoring solutions, all available in the local language. A special web site for partners will shortly be supplied in Russian. “ZOOM is the only international company operating in Russia that has fully localized its product range. We want our quality monitoring and call recording solutions to be simple to use. Only then, will they really change the working environments of Russia’s contact centres,” stated ZOOM’s Russia and CIS Regional Director, Sergey Bolshakov. ZOOM International will take part at the Cisco Expo 2007, Moscow from the 16th-18th October.
