Czech Airlines (ČSA), the Czech Republic’s national airline carrier, head-quartered in Prague, Czech Republic, has become latest client to fully implement into their contact center, ZOOM ScreenREC, a software application tool that records and monitors the computer screens of contact center agents, improving agent quality monitoring and raising the level of professional service that ČSA provides to their customers.
ČSA’s adoption of ZOOM ScreenREC within their contact centre, solidifies ZOOM Internationals relationship with the Czech Republics national airline carrier, complimenting previous technologies supplied by ZOOM International to ČSA, including ZOOM CallREC® call recording, and ZOOM ScoreCARD quality management tool.
