| ZOOM substantially strengthens its management: new senior colleagues join the team |

In order to continue and expand ZOOM International’s presence in the global contact centre marketplace, ZOOM is delighted to announce new colleagues with senior experience to join the management team to assist in achieving the company’s growth and stated business plan for FY2009. ZOOM is pleased to announce the following additions to the team that arrive with a wealth of experience and skill sets from some of the leading technology organisations in the region. David Agress has been appointed ZOOM International’s Vice President of Products, arriving from one of the largest telecommunication operators, Telefonica O2, where he was the Senior Product manager responsible for managing the strategy and definition of the ICT services supplied to corporate, government and SME clients. David was previously the Product Manager at Sitronics, the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in Central Europe. Michael Trezzi was appointed Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region including Russia and CIS. Michael was previously employed by Rockwell Automation, where he had overall responsibility for running Rockwell sales operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He managed sales teams, developed channel strategies, and led business development with selected partner networks across the region. Michael has also held top management positions with leading global technology corporations, including Computer Associates and Motorola, as well as heading corporate sales for Eurotel. Jiří Valášek has been appointed ZOOM International’s Vice President of Professional Services and Support. Jiří comes to ZOOM from CS-Soft, where he held the position of CEO, leading a team developing mission-critical software for air navigational systems. Previous to CS-Soft, Jiří held the position of CIO at Prague Airport where he was responsible for strategic, development and operational projects. With these latest personnel additions to the ZOOM management team and further announcements to be released in the coming months, ZOOM International is robustly positioned to support our growing network of partners and clientele with new product offerings across the various geographical regions in which we operate.
