| Dimensional Fund Advisors and ZOOM CallREC® |

Dimensional Fund Advisors, a company which manages assets exclusively for institutional investors and the clients of registered financial advisors, has chosen the ZOOM CallREC® IP call recording solution to support their call recording requirements throughout their company. ZOOM International with the cooperation and effort of ZOOM’s partner, Accudata Systems; have been awarded a contract to initially support 99 contact centre agents, distributed across four locations through ZOOM CallREC®. Dimensional Fund Advisors implemented the ZOOM CallREC® call recording solution throughout their organization for ZOOM CallREC’s high reliability and the ability to record calls on demand through an IP phone, in addition to being Cisco compatible.
The ZOOM CallREC® software solution is deployed in Dimensional Fund Advisors offices in Santa Monica, Austin, London, and Sydney, where Dimensional professional staff supervise financial portfolios twenty-four hours a day.
