ZOOM International is proud to announce their latest release, ZOOM CallREC® 4.2 with newly improved enhancements and features, providing contact centre environments with a robust voice recording solution with increased dynamics to assist in their day to day business requirements, meeting their IP telephony needs.

ZOOM CallREC® 4.2 It features an intuitive web-based user interface, call life-cycle management, user access based on roles and privileges, total and on-demand recording and more. ZOOM CallREC® 4.2 can be also deployed as fully hosted solution for IP telephony service providers.

New improved enhancements and features include the following:

  • All new web based administration interface for system configuration – simplified and faster implementation, support and maintenance through the web interface
  • ScreenREC recordings seamlessly integrated into the CallREC web interface with a complete range of comprehensive management tools
  • Full audit log plus additional information fully displayed within the GUI – increase security of sensitive data with control over all user actions
  • Fully customizable calls listing – adding/removing columns, external data display etc.
  • Recording by agent ID - specify recording rules not only with extensions, but by agent specification which helps in a free seating call centre environment
  • Extended call search capability – easy to find related calls, call type searches. Ability to find unsatisfied callers by count statistics, and inbound/outbound calls
  • New Live Monitor – standalone JAVA application running outside of the internet browser with additional support filtering, sorting, external data displaying, comments and more
  • User preferred language settings and ability to send e-mails in your selected language
  • Phone tagging – mark important calls from your IP Phone with tags for retrieval late
