ZOOM International attended this year’s CIPTUG Annual Conference 2007 at the Austin Convention Centre-Texas, between the 29th October-1st November 2007, presenting the ZOOM CallREC Contact Centre Suite that provides customers with a complete solution to enhance the quality and the over all performance of their contact centres.

The Cisco IP Telecommunications Users Group (CIPTUG) Annual Conference is the only event of the year that is strictly focused on Cisco Unified Communication products and is restricted to CIPTUG members and potential high profile customers.

CIPTUG is an independent non profit association with focus on addressing the needs of the Cisco IP telecommunication users from across the world. The purpose of the event was to provide collaborative and educational opportunities for the Cisco IP telecommunication user community and for Cisco and the IPC Partners' to exchange information and experiences.

ZOOM received a multitude of positive comments from participants of the event, which accumulated in the ZOOM CallREC Contact Centre Suite receiving the CIPTUG 2007 award for the ‘Best Retail Application’.
