The Cisco Expo Bulgaria 2007 Information technology conference this year took place from the 21st-22nd May 2007 at the Kino Arena EOOD located in the new business district with in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Bulgaria is in its initial stages of implementing IP telephony to their market. Driven primarily by the needs of its business community, this marketplace has great potential over the next few years with a large number of companies positioning themselves to become early adopters of IP telephony in order to receive the full benefits and cost savings that IP telephony technology has to offer.

ZOOM International was present at this year’s event, increasing the number of network partners that are available to supply and support their full range of technology solutions to Bulgaria’s growing business communities.

With no other competitor present, ZOOM was able to demonstrate not only its dedication to the Bulgarian marketplace through its presence, but also with ZOOM’s ScoreCARD, a unique software application that effectively measures, evaluates and improves call center performance with call recording capabilities and quality management tools that impressed many of ZOOM’s potential clientel.
