ciscoexpo_almaty_2008_thumb The 2nd Cisco Expo 2008, Almaty, Kazakhstan drew a large number of visitors, with attendees traveling from across Russia & the CIS, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan in addition to a large number from Kazakhstan where unified communications is making its presence felt in the contact centre world.

At the event was Sergey Bolshakov, ZOOM International’s Sales Director for Russia and CIS region, who met with existing clients and Partners to demonstrate and present, ZOOM CallREC® voice recording solution to support contact centre environments.

ZOOM’s client based is now firmly established across all regions of the globe, with their presence in the Russia & CIS region rapidly expanding into new emerging markets as the unified communication marketplace takes hold in the region.
