The Cisco Expo Poland 2007 event was held at the Hotel Hilton-Warsaw, Poland from the 4th-5th October 2007 with this year’s conference theme; Enable Your Network, Empower Your Business to drive awareness of the benefits of utilising IP telephony technology in today’s business environment.

This year’s event was attended by a number of major local financial institutions and telecommunication companies that are currently making decisions on implementing new technology platforms for their respective business’s and by Cisco Partners in the region.

At Cisco Expo Poland 2007, ZOOM International presented the latest release of call recording solution ZOOM CallREC^® 4.2 and screen recording ScreenREC, localised in the Polish language that created interest from both the financial and telecommunication community and impressed by the advantages that ZOOM’s products would bring to their business’s.

In addition to the considerable interest generated by ZOOM at the Cisco Expo Poland 2007 event, Hewlett Packard placed a purchase order for the ZOOM CallREC^® solution to support their internal contact centre in Poland.
