This year’s Cisco Expo Slovakia 2008 was held at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bratislava on the 20th – 21st May, 2008 and was attended by 500 of Slovakia’s leading figures from the IT industry including decision makers, customers and technical teams. Presenting at the event, ZOOM International presented the CallREC Contact Centre Suite solutions that includes call recording, screen capture and quality management applications to provide a complete solution to support a contact centre’s need and requirements. ZOOM International, based in Prague, Czech Republic was at home amongst friends, meeting and presenting to many of the Partner community that hey have had a long term relationship with and have been supporting their business requirements during the last 5 years, providing solutions today to support the contact centre’s of tomorrow. |
