| Contact Centre Expo 2008 |

ZOOM attended the Contact Centre Expo 2008 Turkey with the main theme of the event concentrating on “Redefining the call centre to create the maximum organizational value” and was attended by a range of people from across the industry with leading technology companies, Cisco Systems and Genesys, presenting their latest product offerings to the audience. ZOOM presented their award winning ZOOM CallREC® voice recording, ZOOM ScreenREC screen recording and the ZOOM ScoreCARD quality management solution that has been specifically designed to provide a software solution to evaluate contact centre performances and the contact centre agents that operate in these environments.
ZOOM also spent time meeting and presenting their product range to their growing partner base from the region, explaining the expertise that ZOOM International supplies in the contact centre marketplace to their partners, along with the benefits and rewards that they receive by working with ZOOM International.
