Attended by the major companies and figures with in the Czech and Slovak telecommunications industry, this year’s CRM & Call Centres in Telecommunications technology event was held at the Renaissance Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic on the 29th-30th May 2007.

Today, Czech & Slovak telecommunication companies have not implemented IP telephony with in their organizations, instead relying on well proven technologies such as TDM (analog and digital) systems.

ZOOM International in partnership with Cisco Systems were present at the event, displaying their complete range of IP telephony software to the telecommunication community, promoting the benefits and cost savings that these companies would enjoy today, through the adoption of IP telephony into their working environments tomorrow.

Along with other major IT Technology organizations including Microsoft and Cisco, ZOOM International’s CEO, Simon Vostrý was requested to present at this years event on the practical software tools that are required for, quality management and evaluation of call center performances, in addition to the overall advantages and possibilities available through the seamless integration of IP telephony with existing CRM and other technology systems.
