ZOOM International was the proud sponsor of the Eastern European Contact Centre Summit, 2008 held at the Hotel Angelo, Prague, bringing together many of the industry leaders from the contact centre marketplace, from as far away as Russia, Georgia and the Middle East. Presenting at the event were many of the marketplaces leading figures from companies ranging from Czech Airlines to DHL, Qatar Telecom to Visa Europe, supplying information to the gathered audience on contact centre best practices and where this industry will be focused on in the coming years.
