G-Force Berlin 2008 was held this year at the Estrel Hotel and Convention Centre, Berlin between the 19th – 21st, May 2008 and was attended by numerous Genesys partners and system integrators who offer solutions that are supported on a Genesys platform. ZOOM International, a sponsor of G-Force Berlin 2008, presented their CallREC Contact Centre Suite that includes, call recording, screen recording and quality management solutions to support contact centre environments on a Genesys platform, raising ZOOMs profile in Genesys centric markets.
