The Istanbul Call Centre Conference & Expo 2007 event was held at the Convention & Exhibition Centre - Rumeli Hall – Istanbul-Turkey from the 26th-28th September 2007 and whose theme "A Mantra of World-Class Call Centres" focused on balancing quality with quantity in the marketplace.

This was a great opportunity for ZOOM International to present their product range, uniquely localised in the Turkish language to a wide spectrum of people operating in the IP telephony marketplace that included suppliers of Cisco and Genesys technology platforms, in addition to being able to speak directly to potential customers from the financial, transport and telecommunication sectors.

We want to hear from potential users about their needs and requirements and what they believe would assist their working practices within a Call Centre environment’.
