In a hosted deployment, ZOOM CallREC is installed at the central office location, monitoring the SPAN ports of the core switches with SBCs (Session Border Controllers) connected. This setup ensures that all calls from/to the users can be recorded. It's highly recommended to deploy a redundant solution with a centralized Replay and Monitoring server to enable the service provider to offer a carrier-grade recording service.
