Multi site, on-premise

In a multi site deployment, the ZOOM CallREC Server is deployed at each location with all servers receiving attached data from the central Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) cluster and the voice conversations are recorded from local SPAN ports.

At the central location, ZOOM CallREC Replay and Monitoring Server is deployed to collect calls from the local ZOOM CallREC Servers for centralized storage, life cycle management and user access.
