Single site, on-premise

In a single site deployment, ZOOM CallREC is utilizing at least two network interface cards, one for end-user access and the other(s) for monitoring SPAN ports from the core Ethernet switch(es).

If Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is deployed, the JTAPI adapter is used to retrieve all data attached to the call with the actual voice conversation recorded from the SPAN port(s) configured on the central Ethernet switches.
