Any SIP based IP Telephony solution using SIP over UDP or TCP protocols.

Integration

Many IP-PBX solutions based on the SIP protocol are available on the market. Some are clones of Asterisk, with other IP-PBX solutions based on various other non-commercial and commercial platforms. ZOOM CallREC supports SIP protocols specified in RFC3261 and therefore is able to record calls of these IP-PBXs. In a typical deployment, ZOOM CallREC observes the SPAN port(s) on the central Ethernet switches and the recording is based on the captured SIP signaling.
