"Cisco compatible" purely software solution

ZOOM CallREC® has been custom built to support the Cisco IP telephony environment. After thorough testing by an independent laboratory, CallREC has been certified as a Cisco compatible solution. It is a purely software solution that runs on standard Intel or AMD hardware from your preferred supplier.

All you need is a web-browser

CallREC’s rich user interface can be accessed via any standard web-browser across multiple platforms. This allows you to access calls or administer the system from Windows, Linux or the MacOS platform.

Intuitive call search and replay

You will not need to read the user’s guide to master CallREC. The clean and intuitive interface allows you to learn everything you need for daily tasks, within a few minutes.

Calls are saved in popular MP3 format

CallREC transcodes all phone calls into the widely popular MP3 format, regardless of which codec is used on your IP telephony network. Recordings are then smaller in size but remain in high quality stereo.

CallREC speaks your language

CallREC is multilingual and offers many languages for the user interface out-of-the-box including Cyrillic for Russian and Bulgarian. We are able to localize CallREC to your preferred language within a 4 week time-frame.

On demand push button recording

With on-demand recording use the Cisco IP phone XML services to easily request calls to be saved. Your request can be in the middle of the call or even after the call has ended. The entire call will be saved.

Integration with Cisco Unified Contact Center

CallREC offers tight integration with both Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Enterprise versions, which allows you to search in recorded calls by agent name, skill group, queue time, agent wrap-up and many other parameters. This integration makes CallREC a true contact center recording solution. 

Open and well documented API for 3rd party integration

It is easy to integrate CallREC with 3rd party applications like CRM systems and internal databases. You will be provided with a well documented JAVA based API including sample code to experience the ease of integration.

Hosted deployment

CallREC can be fully deployed as a hosted solution so you can provide call recording as a service to your customers. Create a company, assign the numbering plan and delegate the entire administration of recording to your customers.

Self-monitoring and watchdogs

CallREC features self-monitoring and watchdogs that keep an eye on the running installation. Any potential warning is triggered by a SNMP trap or by an e-mail to the administrators. Additionally, each CallREC installation can be connected to ZOOM Sentinel for monitoring by ZOOM’s technical support center.
