ZOOM approaches every implementation with this fact foremost in mind. High-quality project management is just as important as the technical side of the implementation. By working closely with our customers and understanding their needs and expectations, we take a pro-active role in transforming their needs to reality through implementation. The experience gained from previous installations allows us to define and uncover new assets and ways of using ZOOM's solutions. We share this knowledge with our customers, during and after implementation. While it may be possible to find the exact functionality a customer needs in every implementation, customization is often asked for to address specific needs. We offer our customers individual customization of ZOOM's solutions to ensure that their goals are met without compromise. |
