VMware: Statement of SupportZOOM International confirms support of customers who use ZOOM International products running in a VMware virtual machine environment. ZOOM International provides support for ZOOM International products running in a VMware virtual environment in an identical manner as with ZOOM International products running on any other major x86 based system without initially requiring reproduction of issues on native hardware. Should ZOOM International suspect that the virtualization layer is the root cause of an incident, the customer will be required to contact the VMware support service. While ZOOM International products are expected to function properly in a VMware virtual environment, there may be performance implications which can invalidate recommended or predefined ZOOM International parameters. |
