ZOOM ScreenREC is a software solution that monitors and records the computer screens of contact center agents, providing a company with the means to evaluate the performance of individual/groups of contact centre agents throughout a business organization. Combined with call recording, captured screens can assist the management team in assessing the overall skill of their agents.
