Easy and intuitive user interface – visual voicemailYour voicemail messages in VoiceBOX can be accessed in 3 different ways: from the web-based user interface, Cisco IP phone XML services or voicemail can simply arrive in your inbox as an audio email attachment. Cisco IP phone XML interfaceUse the Cisco IP phone XML interface to efficiently access all your personal messages. A list of new messages is visually displayed on the IP phone screen and gives you the ability to listen to the messages that are most important to you first. With one press of a button, messages are played directly through the phone’s speakerphone and you can return the person’s call in the same way. You are able to change basic settings through the interface too. Shared mailboxes among groups of usersVoiceBOX allows you to create shared folders for voicemail messages and easily configure which users or groups have access there. Every message is tracked and has visible status if it is unassigned, assigned to be solved by a particular user or finished when completed. In this way you can easily manage a voicemail box shared by many users and make sure none of your customers’ messages have been left unanswered. Choose message notification that suites you the mostThere are many ways how VoiceBOX can notify you about new messages. You can use the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) on the IP phone, a text message can appear on your IP phone with information about the new voicemail or an e-mail notification can be send with or without the audio message itself. These notifications can be configured individually for every shared folder and your personal voicemail box to fit your requirements. Active directory integration on many levelsWhen you manage a larger user base you will appreciate the different options of LDAP / Active Directory integration. From semi-automated integration where all the user details are taken from AD to total integration resulting in automatic voicemail box modification whenever you add, modify or delete a user. |
