Данная вакансия предполагает работу в Праге (Чехия).Your responsibilities will be primarily for the installation, maintenance and technical support of ZOOM CallREC®, an IP call recording software solution developed by ZOOM. Mostly these activities are undertaken and supported remotely from ZOOM’s offices, centrally located in Prague. Occasionally you will be asked to visit a customer’s premises, both with in the Czech Republic and abroad. At all times, we will expect you to be reliable, consistent and customer focused to resolve any problems that may arise in supporting the client’s needs and requirements. We expect the successful candidate to have a good general knowledge of Linux systems and experience in its OS administration (RedHat Enterprise Linux or CentOS is a big advantage). We expect the successful candidate to have good communication skills and to be responsive to client requests, both by telephone and email, always with an emphasis on precisely expressing and understanding the customer needs. We expect the successful candidate to continuously provide feedback to the development department, to improve and enhance the software that you will be installing and supporting.
